A CDC/NIOSH entry for one fluorocarbon lists inhalation and cold-liquid contact routes in people; its occupational exposure numbers must not be applied to dogs or to a different refrigerant.

Radiator antifreeze containing ethylene glycol is a liquid coolant, not the same thing as an A/C refrigerant. If a garage spill might be coolant rather than gas, identify it immediately and use the antifreeze item profile. A refrigerant can also be flammable depending on its chemistry, so leave leak repair to qualified personnel.
