Check Swiffer Products for your dog
Enter your dog's details for a straight answer sized to them.
Why Swiffer Products needs caution
Swiffer pads and solutions do not all contain the same ingredients. A dog that licks a dry or lightly damp cleaned floor may have a different risk from one that chews a pad or drinks cleaning solution, which can irritate the mouth and stomach.
Save the exact product or take a photo. Chewed pads also add a possible foreign-body risk, while a swallowed cleaning solution needs product-specific guidance.
Can I treat this at home?
Do not induce vomiting or give food, charcoal, or another product unless a veterinarian or poison specialist directs you.
When should I call the vet?
Call your veterinarian or an animal poison control center with the exact product or plant, amount, time, and your dog's weight.
